Premiere match at the Stadion An der Alten Försterei: 1-1 separates Germany from Switzerland

The Under 20 representative teams from Germany and Switzerland split 1-1 on Wednesday night. After goalless first half came when the German team trainer Ralf Minge debut with a goal by Orhan Mustafi in the 59th Minute in arrears. The earned compensatory Mehmet Ekici scored nine minutes before the end converted directly through a free-kick.
About 1,500 spectators, including many of Berlin’s young footballers experienced the match debut in the “living room” of the 1st FC Union Berlin and shortened the waiting period until the next home game of the Iron. U-20 international match at the stadium at the old forester’s: Germany vs.. Switzerland

As part of an international round measure in which the youth teams of Italy, Austria, Switzerland and Germany meet on Wednesday 03 March at 18:15 Clock, German selections on the Swiss from Switzerland.

The newly launched international tournament will fill the gap that has yawned through a lack of comparative mode in the age group of Under 20 year olds. Among the stakeholders in the German Bundesliga cadres are some experienced players. They include, inter alia, Christopher Schorch (1. FC Cologne), Diego Contento (Bayern Munich), and Ilkay Gundogan (1. FC Nuremberg). German Coach of the banns is Ralf Minge. Minge, who worked most recently as sports director of Dynamo Dresden, met on Monday, yesterday in the footsteps of Horst Hrubesch and now holds the post of chief instructor. He is assisted by former Bundesliga and European champion goalkeeper Oliver Reck.

The stadium at the old forester’s house will be open on Wednesday from 16:45 clock. Viewers of the game are asked to enter the stadium through the inputs on the forest side. The cost for the tickets amounted to € 3.00 (standing) or € 6.00) (seating and are available at the Ticket Office (at the Wuhlheide 263) and in the fan shop (Forum Köpenick).
