Numbers for game RW Ahlen vs. 1. FC Union Berlin

A victory Sunday would bring the team of coach Uwe Neuhaus with 37 points to reach the magical 40-point mark. In Ahlen Uwe Neuhaus relies on the Fortune Offensivabteilung. Game after game earned them the best opportunities in the financial statements, however, recently been a little unfortunate. Indication that the peak in the aluminum-hits. Göhlis Training Camp Diary: Friday, 26 February

Gray skies over North Rhine-Westphalia! This morning, a full cast came down, but then Peter had to see, type: For training, it remained dry. In addition, our training ground has been specially milled again and so we had very decent conditions for the first unit, which was scheduled for 9:30 Clock. So with no sleep … Get up early, eat breakfast, change and go to training!

The nice thing here is that we can play football to your heart – without always having in mind that we just chop up the space on which we will also accrue to the game. That is why we are of course also come here and it’s fun to have each unit of soft soil under their feet.

Nothing against the hall into the street Hämmerling. That is a significant gain compared to last year. Also “Kellogg”, our rehabilitation and conditioning coach, has really been a lot of trouble to make the units repeatedly varied on. But we are football players and want to get out onto the pitch! For World Cup 2006, the Portuguese have, in fact the reference here to their room. Not a bad omen, I think. They’ve one or two players, of which one can abgucken was …
After training, we had lunch and then nap was announced. If you ran three times must be within ten days, then it’s incredibly important to ensure sufficient regeneration. An afternoon nap must be included. A bit of fun but sometimes needs to be time, therefore,’s starting kicker went to the table – Kenan and I against Karim and John. Results will not reveal here of course ;-)

At 14:30 Clock was announced back training. The afternoon session was on the program and thereby also hard work. In the morning we have to take it a bit quieter, but it was more intense in the afternoon. It was in a light drizzle neatly to the point, but it all remained healthy. It lacked even that someone was injured in training camp. In addition, we had to do something today:
Clock 17:15 there was dinner and then we went to the bus and off to Gelsenkirchen for the game against Schalke Dortmund. In particular, our group is quite bouncy Dortmund ;-) I am very curious where on the mood. I’ve never been “on Schalke” and is now equal to the Derby – better off’s impossible. But I have related today.

Visiting the Münsterland – The 1st Guest appearances with FC Union Berlin RW Ahlen

On heavy ground and fighting doggedly against Hansa. We won  point in the catch-up game of the 20th Gameday on Saturday in Rostock . After another night in Warnemünde put the union on Thursday entourage Marienfeld direction to move. For optimum preparation for the game against RW Ahlen waited on lush green lawns, a training camp on the team of Uwe Neuhaus.

Despite the seemingly clear table positions of both teams is a victory of the Iron on Saturday no automatic process, because after already seven points in 2010, the last table again entertains hopes for the remaining class. The reasons behind the new optimism are the victories against Oberhausen and the Munich Lions. Although it began last two defeats against Bielefeld and Düsseldorf, which are responsible in Ahlen remain convinced achieving the impossible, after all. “It’s not lost anything, almost anything is possible in sport”, there are board-CEO Bernd Mehring confident. After a significant defeat in Dusseldorf there are currently five points to 16 Overall standings. The duel against Union Ahlen is probably a key; is slipping into the third German league still be avoided. Åhléns coach Christian Hock has successfully changed his team during the winter break on some items. The revamped team has compared to the first leg match in particular on the offensive a new face.

Unbelievable but true: We are in training camp!

Unbelievable but true: We are in training camp! The last was so long ago that hardly anyone can remember. But one by one …

Behind us lies the strenuous game against Hansa Rostock last night. We played very concentrated and could actually be happy if we had not played again “to zero”. Keeping the own box again clean – that was obviously beautiful, but the thing could go in front and quiet times. No later than the post header from Micah Parensen we had the hit but really deserves.

Instead, we have had in the end be even more happy that the bar has prevented a Rostock hit! Overall, we can live better, of course, with one point, but we would have been grateful for the support class of more than 2,000 unions happy with a win. That was a great support and has given us immense pleasure – preferably we would like you all brought to Ahlen …

This morning went out early because at 9:00, the bus clock should start towards the monastery gate. Previously, there was of course breakfast and a birthday serenade for coal, which is now 27th At noon there was a stopover in the Lueneburg Heath. The hotel “Zur grünen Eiche” in Bispingen we ate and then it went on. Clock 15:30, we were finally on target: Hotel Klosterpforte in Marienfeld. A great facility that looks a bit like a fairytale castle. But we are not gone there since making the holidays, so it was just completely out of the snow-free training ground. In a sensational 11 degrees and overcast skies yesterday, stood for the established players on the expiry of the program. The other, and our three stragglers have completed a proper unit.
Tonight is announced regeneration. Massage, sauna – everyone does what he needs to relax and prepare for the next day. Morning are certainly two tough units on the program and in the evening, a joint trip – but more on that later …
